Como la mayoría ya sabréis, desde el día 20 estoy de nuevo en huelga de hambre por la farsa que han mantenido durante estos últimos 7 meses, por los carceleros, o mejor dicho, por los sicarios del estado español y catalán que me mantienen secuestrado incumpliendo sus propias leyes.
Todos sabemos que tenemos dos clases de justicia, la de los ricos y la de los obreros. Para los ricos se aplica su constitución fascista y más en concreto, los artículos 10-14-15-24 y 25. Hablan de la dignidad y de derechos inviolables, las normas relativas a los derechos fundamentales y a las libertades que la constitución reconoce en conformidad con la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos y los tratados y acuerdos internacionales sobre las mismas materias ratificadas por España. También hablan de que todos somos iguales ante la Ley.
Nada más lejos de la realidad. Todos tenemos derecho a la vida y a la integridad física y moral, sin que en ningún caso puedan ser sometidos a torturas, ni a penas o tratos inhumanos o degradantes. Se garantiza la libertad ideológica. Se garantiza la presunción de inocencia, y por último, las penas privativas de libertad estarán orientadas hacia la reeducación y reinserción social. Pero todo esto es cara a la imagen internacional de un estado fascista como es el catalán y español.
En los últimos tiempos, hemos visto como han quedado al descubierto mossos d'esquadra, policía nacional y guardia civil, por torturas, corrupción, trata de blancas, extorsión y tráfico de drogas; pero curiosamente, en un colectivo tan grande como es el de las cárceles y sus carceleros, y no me refiero sólo a los que llevan uniforme, sino desde los cargos políticos hasta el último miembro de los equipos de tratamiento, no hay ni torturadores, corruptos, traficantes, ni nada por el estilo. En apariencia son perfectos, son perfectos porque funcionan como lo que son, una familia mafiosa que no permite que salga nada a la luz pública, ni tampoco permite que nadie entre en este mundo tan oscuro y pueda ver la realidad. ¿Quién controla a estos mafiosos?. La respuesta es sencilla, nadie. Peor este es un problema que nos toca a todos y cuando digo a todos, me refiero a los que pertenecemos a los de segunda clase, porque los ricos no tienen problemas, para el resto es un problema ya que todos podemos ver como en los últimos años, todas las leyes son represivas y por lo tanto cualquiera de vosotros puede ser el próximo en engordar las cárceles.
La solución está en vuestras manos con acciones en contra de este estado fascista y a nivel internacional manifestarse cada cual como crea más conveniente delante de todo lo que simboliza Catalunya y España como estado fascista que vulnera los derechos humanos de manera sistemática.
Por mi lado como protesta por mi situación de secuestro que estoy padeciendo, pongo de nuevo mi vida en juego hasta mi libertad. por último, quiero aclarar dos puntos por los que me puse en huelga de hambre en Junio del 2008 y por los que acusé, en Abril del mismo año, de falsear informes que fueron remitidos al J.V.P. nº1 y a la propia Audiencia de Barcelona, por el equipo de tratamiento de la cárcel de Quatre Camins. El primero fue porque me acusaban de un quebrantamiento que nunca existió, y el segundo porque me acusaron de politoxicómano, cosa que es completamente falsa. Por estos hechos los acusé públicamente de cometer el delito de falsedad en documentos.

Comme la majorité dejà vous savez, je suis de retour a comencer le 20 d'Avril, une nouveau grève de faim par la farce, qu'ils ont maintenu au cours des 7 derniers mois, par les gardiens, ou plutôt, par les tueurs de l'Etat catalan et espagnol qu'on me gardent séquestré en rupture avec leurs propres lois.
Tous nous savons que, nous avons deux sortes de justice, la de ces riches et la de ces travailleurs. Pour les riches ont applique sa constitution fasciste, et plus précisément les articles 10-14-15-24 et 25. Ils parlent de la dignité et des droits inviolables, les règles relatives aux droits fondamentaux et les libertés que la Constitution reconnaît, conformément à la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme et des traités et accords internationaux ratifiés par l'Espagne à ce sujet. Ils disent aussi que tous sommes égaux devant la loi. Rien plus loin de la réalité. Tos avons le droit à la vie et l'intégrité physique et morale, mais jamais pouvons être soumis à la torture, ni à des peines inhumaines ou dégradantes. On garantice la liberté des idées. On garantice la présomption d'innocence, et les peines d'emprisonnement doivent être destinées à la réadaptation et réinsertion sociale. Mais tout cela est en face à l'image internationale d'un État fasciste comme le catalan et l'espagnol.
Dans ces derniers temps, nous avons vu comme ont été découverts dans l'autonome police, la police nationale et la Garde civile, de la torture, la corruption, le trafic, l'extorsion et le trafic de drogue, mais curieusement, un groupe aussi grand comme le prisons et les gardiens de prison, et je ne parle pas seulement ceux qui portent un uniforme, mais de cadres politiques jusqu'à ce que le dernier membre de l'équip de traitement, il n'ont apparu pas de tortionnaires, corrompus, les trafiquants de drogue, ou quelque chose comme ça. Sont parfaites en apparence, sont parfaits parce qu'ils fonctionnaent comme une famille de la mafia qui ne permet pas de quelque chose en public, ni permettre à personne de pénétrer dans ce monde aussi obscur et voir la réalité. Qui contrôle ces gangsters?. La réponse est simple: personne. Mais c'est un problème qui nous affecte à tous et quand je dis à tout le monde je veux dire ceux qui appartiennent à la deuxième classe, parce que les riches n'ont pas de problèmes, pour le reste est un problème et nous pouvons tous voir que, dans le passé ans, toutes les lois sont répressives et, par conséquent, vous pouvez être le prochain à engraisser les prisons.
La solution est à vos mains avec des actions contre l'État fasciste et au niveau international que chacun ont manifeste comme vous croyez plus convenient en face de tout ce qui symbolise la Catalogne et l'Espagne comme un État fasciste qui viole systématiquement les droits de l'homme.
Par ma côté et comme une protestation contre ma situation de sécuestration que je suis pàti, je mets ma vie en jeu, jusqu'à ma libération. Enfin, je veux à préciser deux points où j'ai été en grève de la faim en Juin 2008 et par ceux que j'accusé, en avril de cette année, de falsification de rapports qui ont été visés à JVP-1 et à l'Audience de Barcelone, par l'équipe de traitement de la prison de Quatre Camins. Le premier parce que j'ai été accusé d'une infraction qui n'a jamais existé, et deuxièmement parce que j'ai été accusé de polytoxicomanie, et cet question est complètement faux. Par ces faits leurs eu accusé publiquement d'avoir commis le crime de faux documents.

Come la maggior parte di voi già saprà, dal giorno 20 sono di nuovo in sciopero della fame a causa della farsa che hanno sostenuto negli ultimi 7 mesi, a causa dei i carcerieri, o meglio, dei sicari dello stato spagnolo e catalano che mi tengono sequestrato non adempiendo alle loro stesse leggi.
Tutti sappiamo che ci sono due categorie di giustizia, quella dei ricchi e quella degli operai. Ai ricchi si applica la loro costituzione fascista e più in concreto, gli articoli 10-14-15-24 e 25. Parlano di dignità e dei diritti inviolabili, le norme relative ai diritti fondamentali e alle libertà riconosciute nella costituzione in conformità con la Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani e con i trattati e gli accordi internazionali sulla stessa materia ratificati dalla Spagna. Affermano anche che siamo tutti uguali di fronte alla Legge. Niente di più lontano dalla realtà. Tutti abbiamo diritto alla vita e all'integrità fisica e morale, in nessun caso si può essere sottomessi a torture , pene o trattamenti disumani o degradanti. Si garantisce la libertà ideologica. Si garantisce la presunzione di innocenza e per utimo le pene privative della libertà saranno orientate alla rieducazione e al reinserimento sociale. Ma tutto cio' è la facciata dell' immagine internazionale di uno stato fascista come quello catalano e spagnolo.
Negli ultimi tempi, abbiamo visto come sono stati scoperti membri dei mossos d'esquadra, della policia nazionale e della guardia civile, per torture, corruzione, tratta di blancas, estorsione e traffico di droga; ma stranamente in un collettivo così grande come quello delle carceri e dei carcerieri, e non mi riferisco solo a quelli che indossano una divisa, ma bensì a tutti, dalle cariche politiche fino all'ultimo membro delle squadre di trattamento, non ci sono nè torturatori,nè corrotti, nè trafficanti nè niente del genere. All'apparenza sono perfetti, sono perfetti perchè funzionano per quello che sono, una famiglia mafiosa que non permette che niente esca fuori alla luce pubblica, nè tantomeno che nessuno entri in questo mondo tanto oscuro e possa vedere la realtà. Chi controlla questi mafiosi??? La risposta è semolice, nessuno. Peggio, questo è un problema che riguarda tutti noi e quando dico tutti, mi riferisco a tutti quelli che appartengono alla seconda categoria, perchè i ricchi non hanno problemi , per tutti gli altri è un problema poichè tutti possiamo vedere come negli ultimi anni, tutte le leggi sono repressive e perciò chiunque di voi puo' essere il prossimo a ingrassare le carceri.
La soluzione è nelle vostre mani con azioni contro questo stato fascista e a livelli internazionali ognuno manifesti come crede piu' opportuno di fronte a tutto cio' che simbolizza Catalogna e Spagna come stato fascista che viola i diritti umani in maniera sistematica.
A mio modo, come protesta per la situazione di sequestro di cui sono vittima, pongo di nuovo la mia vita in gioco fino alla mia libertà. Infine voglio chiarire due punti per i quali feci sciopero della fame nel giugno 2008 , e per i quali accusai, in aprile dello stesso anno, di falsificare i rapporti che furono rinviati al J.V.P. n'1 e allo stesso tribunale di Barcellona, per la (squadra de tratamiento- no se que es??? literalmente squadra di trattamento en italiano no se usa) della carcere di Quatre Camins. Il primo fu che fui accusato di una quebrantamiento ( de que???' de cosas o huesos se dice frattura o de ley se dice infrazione) che non è mai esistita, e il secondo perchè mi accusarono di politossicomania, cosa completamente falsa. Per questi fatti li accusai pubblicamente di aver commesso reato di falsità sui documenti.

As the majority now will know, since the 20th [of April] I am again on hunger strike for the farce they have maintained during these last 7 months, the jailers, or better said, the hit-men of the Spanish and Catalan state which keeps me sequestered breaching their own laws.
We all know that we have two classes of justice, that of the rich and that of the workers. For the rich their fascist constitution and more concretely, articles 10-14-15-24 & 25. They speak of dignity and of inviolable rights, the norms relative to the fundamental rights and to the liberties which the constitution recognizes in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international treaties and accords about the same materials ratified by Spain.
They also say that we are all equal before the law. Nothing more far from the reality. We all have the right to life and to physical and moral integrity , without in any case being submitted to tortures, or to penalties or inhuman or degrading treatments. Ideological freedom is guaranteed, the presumption of innocence is guaranteed, and finally, the penalties depriving liberty are to be orientated towards reeducation and social reinsertion. But all this is facade to the international image of a fascist state as is the Catalan and Spanish one.
In the last times, we have seen how they have uncovered mossos d'esquadra, policia national and guardia civil, for tortures, corruption, white slavery, extortion and drug trafficking, but curiously, in a collective so large as that of the jails and their jailers, and I don't refer only to those that wear a uniform, but from the politicians in charge to the last members of the treatment teams, there's not torturers, corrupted, traffickers, or anything of the kind. In appearance they're perfect, they're perfect because they function like what they are, a mafia family that doesn't permit that anything appears in the public light, not either permitting anybody enter in this world so dark to be able to see the reality. Who controls these mafiosos? The answer is simple, nobody.
But this is a problem that touches everybody and when I say everybody, I refer to those that belong to those of the second class, because the rich don't have problems, for the rest it's a problem that now all of us can see as in the last years, all the laws are repressive and just as such any of you could be the next to fatten the jails.
The solution is in your hands with actions against this fascist state and at an international level protest each one as they believe is most convenient in front of everyone that which symbolizes Catalonia and Spain as a fascist state that violates human rights in a systematic manner.
For my part as protest for my situation of captivity of which I am suffering, I newly put my life at stake until my freedom. Lastly, I want to declare two points for those that put me on hunger strike in June of 2008 and for those I accuse, in April of the same year, of falsifying notices that were sent to J.V.P. Nº1 and to the very Audiencia de Barcelona, by the treatment team of the Quatre Camins prison. The first was because they accused me of a violation that never existed, and the second because they accused me of multiple drug addictions, something which is completely false. For these deeds I publicly accuse them of committing the crime of falsity in documents.
